Newmark is one of the largest commercial real estate firms in the US. I joined its Boston marketing team as Senior Graphic Designer and later stepped in as interim Marketing Manager, leading four designers across a portfolio of several hundred properties.

The team’s work had to stay on-brand and on schedule through three corporate rebrands, each of which redefined the standards mid-stream.

I led campaigns for around 100 properties and shaped work across nearly every building in the portfolio. For 2 Drydock in Boston, I designed the property brochure for print and web alongside an on-site marketing suite presenting the building to prospective tenants, coordinating building managers, contractors and brokers throughout.
